Taas sunnuntai ja jälleen yksi viikko takana päin. Viikot vierii kyllä ihan hullua vauhtia, välillä tuntuu että hädin tuskin pysyy itse perässä. Huomenna alkaa jo yhdeksäs akateeminen viikko yliopistolla, ja kun lukukausi koostuu 12 viikosta niin aika loppusuoralla ollaan ensimmäisen yliopistovuotenikin osalta. Huhti-toukokuun vaihteessa tosin on vielä pari tenttiä ja palautettavia tehtäviä, mutta luentoja on jäljellä enää kolme viikkoa. Kysynpähän vaan, että mihin tämä kevätlukukausikin jo oikein ehti katoamaan?! Pikku hiljaa pitäisi alkaa myös ihan kunnolla varmistamaan kesäsuunnitelmia. Järjestelmällisenä ja suunnitelmallisena ihmisenä tämä tänhetkinen epävarmuus siitä missä ylipäätään kesäni vietän hieman stressaa ja ahdistaa, mutta eiköhän asiat taas järjesty parhain päin niin kuin niillä yleensä on tapana. Ennen tenttejä ja kesälomaa on kuitenkin vielä kaikkea kivaa tiedossa, saan nimittäin toisen veljistäni tänne mun luokse kyläilemään pääsiäiseksi, muutaman viikon päästä on luvassa Sports Ball, ja toukokuussa odottaa toivottavasti aurinkoinen ja lämmin Madrid! Niin ja tuleehan mulle vielä maaliskuun puolella taas yksi vuosi ikääkin lisää, ja silloin ollaankin jo ystävääni lainaten "lähempänä neljää kymppiä kuin omaa syntymää".

It's Sunday again and yet another week behind us. The weeks fly by so incredibly fast that sometimes it feels like I can hardly keep up. The 9th academic week in university starts tomorrow, and as there are only 12 weeks in a semester the end of my first year in university is quickly approaching. I've still got a couple of exams and assignments due in April and May, but as for the lectures there's only three weeks left. Just where did this Spring semester disappear, may I ask?! I also need to start properly planning and preparing for Summer soon. As an organised and systematical person this uncertainty of where I even spend my Summer in the first place is making me quite nervous and stressed, but I believe that eventually things will go as they're supposed to, which usually is the case anyway. Nevertheless, before exams and summer holiday there are still some very nice and exciting things happening as my brother will join me for Easter, Sports Ball is on the schedule in a few weeks time, and the hopefully sunny and warm Madrid awaits in May! Oh and then there's my birthday at the end of March too, when I'll be "closer to being 40 than the day I was born", as one of my best friends pointed out.
